Registration Rates

The conference fee includes:

• Access to all sessions and the exhibition.
• Access to the PhD program Dokt!OR (PhD students only – please indicate your attendance when registering).
• Conference materials: Conference bag with printed conference booklet and online access to the technical program with abstracts.
• Coffee breaks.
• Lunch in the university mensa on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Admission to the Get Together on Tuesday and the Reception on Wednesday (please indicate your attendance when registering or by August 15 at the latest).

The conference fee for an accompanying person covers the same costs as the regular conference fee, with the exception of access to the sessions and conference material.

The Conference Dinner on Thursday takes place on a cruise operated by Donauschifffahrt Wurm & Noé. This event has a limited capacity and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. It can be booked when registering or by August 15 at the latest.

The conference proceedings will be published by Springer. You have the option to order a digital version (10€) or a printed version (30€) during registration. When you order, you allow us to share your contact details with Springer so that you can get access to the proceedings/get them delivered once they are available.

Important Notes

• By registering, you agree that film and photo recordings may be made at the conference, the Dokt!OR event and the social events.
• Our caterers will serve standard, vegetarian and vegan food. Please indicate your preference during registration to allow easier planning for our caterers.
• The conference fee does not include a ticket for public transportation as all conference locations in walking distance to most hotels. If you want to take public transport within Passau (i.e., the buses of Stadtwerke Passau) you can either use the „Deutschlandticket“ or purchase single trip or day tickets (for 2.50€ and 6.20€, respectively) directly from the bus driver (cash only).

Reduced Fees

• PhD student discounts are back! The same fee applies to PhD students, Bachelor and Master students, and retirees!
• Benefit from reduced fees as a GOR member! GOR membership can be obtained via www.gor-ev.de/mitgliedschaft. The costs are 100 € for a regular membership and 20 € for a student membership (Bachelor and Master students only, no PhD students).
• Members of organizations cooperating with GOR (such as ÖGOR and SVOR), are eligible to the reduced GOR-membership fees.
• Participants from low- and lower-middle-income economies can register at reduced fees (equivalent to the one for GOR members). Please consult the list of low- and lower-middle-income countries to check for eligibility.
• Proof of eligibility for the reduced fee other than GOR membership must be provided during the registration process. The organizer reserves the right to reject registrations that do not meet the requirements for the reduced fee. Proof for eligibility are:
  • for PhD-students and students: valid student ID-card or other certificate of enrollment
  • for retirees: valid ID-card
  • ÖGOR/SVOR: membership invoice from the cooperating society
  • for low-income countries: valid passport.

Cancellation Policy

• Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to info@or2026.de.
• For cancellations received before June 1, a full refund less an administration charge of 50€
 will be granted.
• After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
• No‐shows will not receive a refund
• Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive any refunds.
